Refund and Returns Policy

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned within the specified timeframe
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided
  • Products must be in resalable condition

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Please note that shipping times are not included in the return window. The 30-day period begins when you receive your order.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods such as fresh food and beverages
  • Opened or used health and personal care items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards and downloadable products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. In these cases, we will also cover return shipping costs.
